Organizational structure of the Party

Higher institutions of LDPU

1. Higher institution of LDPU is conference, that is called once in two years by Coordination council of LDPU. Special session may be called by initiative of the Chairman of the party, Coordination council, financial board or by decision of not less than 1/3 of overall quantity of territorial party organizations.

2. In period between conferences the Coordination Council. is the managing and administrative body of the Party.
Quantitative staff of Coordination Council is defined by the Conference.
Members of Coordination Council by duties are:

the Chairman of the party;

co-chairmen;

deputies of the Chairman;;

chiefs of regional organizations of LDPU.

Other members of Coordination Council are elected by the Conference.
In case of need and on instructions of LDPU Council, the Coordination Council can make changes to its staff during its meetings, but not more then 30% of its total quantity.

3. In period between conferences of Coordination Council, the managing body of LDPU is Policy Council

4. Members of Policy Council by duties are:

Chairman of the party,

co-chairmen,

deputies of the Chairman,

authorized representatives of the group (faction) of LDPU in Verkhovnaya Rada,

chiefs of party mass media, that are members of LDPU.

Members of LDPU Policy Council not by duties can be other members of the Party, which are elected by LDPU Coordination Council.

5. In period between conferences of board organs of the Party, current management of the Party is accomplished by its Chairman

6. Legal Commission

7. Monitoring body of the Party is its financial commission.

8. Secretariat of LDPU keeps books of party organizations and payment of membership fees, organizes Conference's work, sessions of Coordination Council, Policy Council, other common legislative enactments, accomplishes current, technical work. Secretariat of LDPU is subordinated to the Chairman of the Party and is accountable to Coordination Council of LDPU.
