They say, that prince was elected by popular assembly and even propose such procedure for preset elections. Considering that liberals don't beleive in advertising of archaic forms of democracy, we need, according to our ideology, propose something that is useful in modern Ukraine.

"Electorial group of Project'2006 "Liberal perspective for Ukraine" consist mostly of middle class people who identifying themselves with Russian culture and being native Ukrainians at the same time. Therefore LDPU electorate has defined, they are wellfixed, Russian speaking voters.

Electoral block "Winter generation team" was created by four parties: Constitutional-Democratic Party of Ukraine, Liberal-Democratic Party of Ukraine, Party for Private Property, Peasant-Democratic Party of Ukraine during paliamentary campain 2002. Considering the necessity of urgent programme adjusting and explanation the block's programme "agenda for Ukraine: 2002-2012", LDPU is working on this programme using it as party's programme 2004-2012.
